Matt Oxnam » Assessing Manager

Matt Oxnam joined the team in 2002. Over the past eight years he has worked in a wide variety of roles including training and development and managing a claims team. He understands the business from all perspectives and that's why he's now focused on overseeing the assessing division.

Matt believes “innovation distinguishes the leaders from the followers”. In our business we like to always be one step ahead of the rest and we do this by harnessing technology and always looking at new and better ways of doing things.
